Description of Goods on This Website, Availability, Prices & Errors
All care is taken by us to describe the goods and show the correct price accurately. However, we reserve the right not to accept or cancel any orders for any goods that inadvertently have the incorrect price displayed or have been misdescribed. If you have already paid, then a full refund will be provided.
Photographs appearing on this website reflect as accurately as possible the actual size of goods, but due to the inherent difficulties with photographing items of jewellery, some goods may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when represented on this website.
Unless stated to the contrary, all prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Before accepting your order, we reserve the right to vary any prices on this website at any time without notice to you.
If goods are unavailable after you place an order, we will advise you as soon as possible, and we both have the right to cancel the order. A full refund will be provided, but no other compensation is payable.
Orders & When We Are Contractually Bound
Your order is only accepted after we have sent you confirmation that your order has been received and accepted. Until then, there is no contract between us. You can cancel the order before our confirmation.
We must receive payment for the goods and any applicable delivery charges before we send the goods to you. Payment can be made by credit card. Any fees charged by your credit card provider will be payable by you.
Our gift cards are valid for a period of three years from the date of sale of the card. The cards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen or used by a third party without your consent. You should, therefore keep them safe and treat them as you would cash. If your order value is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain as a credit on the card and is not refundable to you in cash.
We only accept orders for delivery by Australia Post or courier within Australia. Unless we have agreed to a different delivery time with you, we will use our best endeavours to send the goods to you within 3 – 7 business days from the date we confirm acceptance of your order. We will advise you as soon as possible if we cannot do so and will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
We will arrange for delivery of the goods in accordance with your delivery instructions. You should therefore ensure that these instructions are accurate and will ensure that you safely receive the goods as we will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of your delivery instructions.
Under Australian Consumer Law, the goods we sell to you must be of acceptable quality within the meaning of Australian Consumer Law. If the goods are not acceptable, then you have the right to seek the remedies provided under Australian Consumer Law.
Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings or similar items.
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law we agree that you may, except for sale items, special orders and pieces of jewellery hand-made to customer specification, return or exchange the goods ordered on the following conditions:
- You notify us within 14 days of delivery in writing of your wish to return the goods.
- The goods are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets). As new condition means that the item must not have been worn, the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches or signs or wear (consideration of these factors is at our discretion).
- You pay the return postage or other delivery costs for the returned goods and accept responsibility for the safe delivery of the returned goods (you should therefore return by registered post or by courier or personal delivery to our street address).
- All returns are subject to inspection by us before a refund is processed. If we agree to refund you, then we will refund you in the same way you originally paid for your order. We will also pay for the cost of return shipping (if applicable) if the return is the result of an error or the item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
Sale items, special orders and pieces of jewellery hand-made to customer specification will not be accepted for return unless they are of an unacceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law.
