Express your ideas and constraints (budget, time, etc.) and we will help you select the right materials for your piece.

2. Concept Design

During this stage we will analyse your requirements and start sketching out initial concepts based on your ideas and constraints.

3. Concept Approval

Our final concept is presented for your approval. At this stage we finalise the total cost and timeframe for the piece to be crafted.

4. Crafting

This is the most exciting, but also time consuming part of the process. Our artisan skills, tools and equipment allow us to implement bold ideas into reality.

5. Fitting

We present to you the final piece and make necessary adjustments, if required. You can also insure your item on the spot.

6. Aftercare

We stand by our quality and provide a life-time guarantee on craftsmanship. Should you require any adjustments or simply want a clean or remodel your old jewellery item, just bring it in and we will do a quick assessment on the spot.
